While some view it as an expletive - ever since receiving it's certification in 1995, QPL has, considered the achievement to be not a good thing - but a great one.  This highly regarded measure by third parties is important to us NOT because many view it as a tool that keeps vendors honest, BUT because it keeps us in an environment of continued improvement - which is most important to our mission of exceeding our customer's expectations.

Even though most can obtain this prestigious registration, and the better suppliers will eventually put forth the ongoing effort it requires, QPL received its registration in 1995 and has received it's annual re-certification, an arduous process, since... WITHOUT ONCE having a review, which is required in the event of default or flaw.

Bottom line: ISO benefits and serves the client by assuring that it's vendor is committed to quality practices - which ultimately insures to the client's benefit.  QPL employs ISO as means towards it's goal of exceeding it's client's expectations and achieving Total Customer Satisfaction!
