QPL, Inc., a Louisiana corporation, was founded in 1993 by Fred Cortes.  Providing excellent in quality and services, as an ISO 9001 certified firm, QPL owns it's 125,000sq. ft. building located on an 8-acre tract of land in Thibodaux, LA and has a fabrication facility in Harvey, LA.

QPL is a quality rebar subcontractor that has the experience, understanding and wherewithal to start and finish major projects safely, on schedule, and within budgets.  We provide rebar and construction Excavation and Debris services on retainer wall, reinforcement for Flood Control, Transit, Aviation, Water, Homeland Security, and other construction related industy projects.

QPL is DBE Certified by DOTD, City of New Orleans, and is registered by the SBA as an 8-a and Hub Zone contractor. LA License # 42561
