QPL, Inc., a Louisiana corporation, was founded in 1993 by Fred Cortes. Providing excellence in quality and services, as an ISO 9001 certified firm, QPL owns its 125,000 sq. ft. building located on an 8-acre tract of land in Thibodaux , LA and has a fabrication facility in Harvey , LA.
QPL is a quality rebar subcontractor that has the experience, understanding and wherewithal to start and finish major projects safely, on schedule, and within budgets. We provide rebar and construction Excavation and Debris services on retainer walls, reinforcement for Flood Control, Transit, Aviation, Water, Homeland Security, and other construction related industry projects.
QPL is DBE Certified by DOTD, City of New Orleans , and i s registered by the SBA as an 8 (a) and Hub zone contractor. LA. License # 42561

Daniel Kern Jr Mr. Kern has 15 years of experience. He has interfaced with owners, contractors and engineers on various sized and types of project as a Heavy Equipment operator building rail roads, levees, installed sewer drainages ,oil field roads and ponds.
Randy Paul Huval Mr. Huval has 15 years of experience He also has interfaced with owners, contractors and Engineers on various sized and types of projects as an Heavy Equipment operator building and dredging projects such as ship channels, built rock pads for drilling rigs, drove sheet & cluster piling, oxidation ponds , and excavation work.
Danny Hardy Mr. Hardy has some 10 years in the Landscape and Tree service. Mr. Hardy got in the Debris clean up business after Katrina and Rita as a sub contractor to Phillip and Jordan. Danny cleared Waterways, Road Sides and House Demolition and Removal.
